Stacking is a relatively newer strategy for fantasy owners to use during the season. It boils down to combining a quarterback with their top receiver in a high-powered offense. Most teams’ top receiver is a wide receiver but players such as Travis Kelce and Mark Andrews would qualify as their top receiving threat. The basis is that if the top receiver has a really good game, the quarterback has a really good game.
It leverages a lot for the owner’s team because it can instantly add a lot of points to your team and help you catch up or move further ahead. However, it is important to realize that there are risks associated with stacking. If your stack has a bad week, it can severely hurt your chances of winning because you have two top players performing poorly for your team. It should also be noted that while you can stack with any quarterback and receiver, you only want to do it with top offenses. Here is the list of the top ten stacks for 2023.
